Ten Basic Principles of EU Customer Protection

From European Commision DG Health and Customer Protection.

Ten Principles:

1.Buy what You Want,where you want.

2.If it doesn't work send it back.

3.High saftey standard for food and other customer goods.

4.Know what we are eating.

5.Contracts should be fair for the customers.

6.Sometimes customers can change their mind.

7.Making easier to compare prices

8.Costumer should not be misled.

9.Protection while you are on holiday.

10. Effective redress for cross-border disputies



That is EU idea for customer protection i repeat this Ten Basic Principles are not a constitute legal power. That shows only direction of Commision Idea for Customer Protection not Commisions Policy or EU Law.
